Rebecca’s coaching style :
From Insight to Action
I provide a coaching space where curiosity leads and action follows.
I believe that meaningful change begins when you finally have the room to hear your own wisdom — and someone in your corner to help you do something with it.
Rebecca’s style is defined by three core pillars:
-
You have the wisdom you are looking for already. My job is to ask the questions that help you hear yourself more clearly, and then to help you build a real plan for living into what you find.
-
You are not a checklist. Your health, your relationships, your sense of purpose, your daily choices — they're all connected, and we treat them that way. When we look at the whole picture, that's when things start to make sense and real change becomes possible.
-
I love a good insight — and I love even more what happens when you do something with it. Together we'll take what you discover and turn it into a real plan: clear priorities, concrete steps, and the kind of accountability that actually feels supportive rather than pressured. This is how your Well Life gets built.
Who I work with:
The depleted
You are the one others lean on — and you do it willingly. But somewhere along the way, your own needs got pushed to the bottom of your to-do list.
The exhausted
You look fine from the outside. On the inside, you're running on obligation and lost your sense of meaning.
Those feeling adrift
Life is full — but it doesn't quite feel like yours. You have a creeping sense that somewhere between all the roles you play, you lost the thread of yourself.
Those on a healthcare journey
A diagnosis, a shift in capacity, or a caregiving role has changed the landscape, and you need support figuring out what wellness looks like now.
Let’s Work Together
Our sessions are about being in alignment with yourself.
I will help you identify the guideposts and practice of your Well Life — the version of health and wellness that is specific to you, sustainable for you, and genuinely yours.
The guideposts are your values and priorities; the practice is the daily choices that bring you back to them.
Something you should know…
I am a physician — and I want to be transparent about what that means here.
When you work with me as a coach, I am not acting as your doctor.
I am not providing medical care, medical guidance, or treatment of any kind.
My role is as your coach: to help you tap into your own knowledge, values, and capacity for growth.
Traditional medicine is expertly designed to manage illness and symptoms. Coaching is something different — it's a partnership focused on defining and living into your individual wellness vision.
That's the work I'm here for.
If at any point I believe that what you're navigating would be better supported by a therapist, your primary care physician, or another provider, I will tell you directly. Referring you to the right support isn't a detour — it's part of the work.
