Looking for a deep breath for your soul?

Join us at Fill Your Own Bucket to start feeling recharged, balanced, and like yourself again.

Fill Your Own Bucket is about growing community and practice to feel connected, grounded and like ourselves again.

It’s not about a self-care to do list.

It’s about reclaiming our time and holding space for ourselves.

Who we are:

Three sisters working together, laughing together, and growing communities.

Make a cup of tea and sit with us for a while.

Meet Rebecca, Noa, and Bethany, and join us as we step into this journey of connection and discovery together.

Our story began in Upstate New York, where our family owned a restaurant known for fresh, homemade bread and soups that nourished not just bodies, but souls.

Around those tables, we witnessed the quiet magic of people gathering, sharing stories, and finding comfort in community.

That foundation shapes our purpose: helping people reconnect to themselves, to each other and thrive.

How we help:

Fill Your Own Bucket was built on a simple but radical idea: you cannot pour from an empty one. We created this space because too many people are running on fumes — giving endlessly to their careers, their families, and their obligations, while quietly losing touch with what actually restores them.

We're sisters with different backgrounds and complementary styles, united by the belief that real change is both felt and acted on. Together, we meet you where you are and help you find your way back to yourself — and forward into the life you actually want.

Coaching

Coaching is a collaborative, forward-focused partnership that helps you define your Well Life and take real steps toward it. Through careful listening, asking the right questions, and reflecting back the wisdom you already carry, we help you turn insight into action. It is not therapy, counseling, mental health treatment, or medical care.

No quick fixes. Just thoughtful support, real accountability, and an approach that actually fits your life. Click below to meet each of us and see whose approach resonates with you.

Events

Our in-person events are a chance to slow down, center ourselves, and connect with others who are also seeking. We celebrate the cycles of the natural world — through stillness, movement, and creation — as each season calls us.

Let’s gather in real life.

Are you feeling out of touch with the rhythms of the year? Join us in community celebrating the rhythms of nature.

We know that folks are experiencing loneliness and disconnection and we want to slow down, ground ourselves, and share activities that fill our buckets.

Forest bathing, known in Japanese as shinrin-yoku, was officially coined in 1982 by the Japanese Ministry of Agriculture, Forestry, and Fisheries as a national health initiative to combat stress and encourage forest conservation.

We welcome you to join us.

🌿 The Quiet Forest - MA
$15.00

Spring is here. Come outside with us.

Fill Your Own Bucket is gathering at Morton Park in Plymouth for a gentle mindfulness walk, a quiet journaling moment, and a circle share — a chance to slow down, notice what's alive in you right now, and be in community with people who get it.

We'll walk together with intention (slowly — this is not a hike nor is it rough terrain, that said, it is in the woods on a trail around a pond), sit with a single journal prompt, and close with an open circle share. You can share as much or as little as you'd like. You can also just listen.

This is for you if:

  • You've been running on empty and need a reset

  • You want real connection, not small talk

  • You're ready to take up a little space for yourself

What to bring: A journal, a pen, and shoes that can get muddy.

Parking: Morton Park parking is free in the off-season.

Questions? Reach us at Bethany@fillyourownbucket.com

There's something quietly radical about pausing to notice the season. The days are long again, the earth is warm — and we think that deserves a real celebration.

This gathering is for families, neighbors, and anyone who wants to feel a little more connected — to the natural world, to the turning of the year, and to each other.

Maypole Dancing and Rock Painting Weave the ribbons together and paint a stone to take home — joyful, grounding activities for all ages. No experience needed, just a willingness to celebrate.

"A community of people looking for connection and ways to mark the rhythms of the year — you're already one of us."

Dress for outdoor play. This is a low-key, joyful morning — come as you are.
